Sutherland gave me the best deal by far and walked me through every step of the purchase. No pressure, no sales pitch. Walked me through the features and got the paperwork completed with no hassles. I just returned for an oil change and tire rotation. They worked me right in. Extra points for the waiting area. TV, wifi, and chargers. Highly recommend.

This is a great service department. All routine stuff went well, however the replacement of the left rear-view mirror is still pending. The part should have arrived by now, but I haven't heard anything.

I needed new tires and had priced them locally near my house from Tire Discounters. I scheduled an appointment with TD for the next day to have them installed. The tires never showed up at TD for my appointment and they never followed up with call to advise me. In fact I am still waiting for that call. I needed tires quickly so I called my local GM parts department, they found what I needed and got them the next day. Scheduled an appointment to have them installed quickly and they saved me money! Top notch service as always!

Chris did an excellent job in dealing with the problem. The reality is that I had my car there to replace low beam bulbs, two tire sensors and an oil change. When I left there after that first service call, my check engine light was on and it appeared to be something that was causing transmission issue. I brought it back in and apparently was an error on the part of someone that had worked on the car that didn't but something back on after the oil change,. In any case, Chris made sure it got corrected and didn't charge me. So, major kudo's to Chris, though I was disappointed ii had to come back for the apparent oversight.

Needed a new battery. Chris Schlosser was able to work my vehicle in two days later. Had to wait less than an hour to have battery replaced and back on the road. Always receive excellent service at Sutherland Chevrolet.

Our Sales Person Mark O’Dea was great. He kept us informed on the process of the car coming in and being prepared for our purchase. He even came in on his day off to help complete the sell and for us to pick our new car up.
