I had to have my truck towed into the service center due to the 6.2L engine failure recall. The service crew was very helpful getting me taken care of. The did a great job with the engine replacement and I can’t even tell the truck was ever broken. It was a Saturday morning and needed an oil change and service, they got me in and out in a short amount of time.

I have always got good service. Been going to Sutherland Chevrolet for over 20 years to purchase and service my vehicles they’re good people.

Made a call to Sutherland chevrolet spoke with Mark in sales he answered my questions, made another call asked Mark to pull the vehicle for me to drive. He did this no pressure sales answered all my questions very attentive to all my needs on this truck and I bought from Sutherland chevrolet. This is the place to go if you're looking for a vehicle!

Took 2011 Equinox in for routine oil change and radiator flush. Work was performed quickly with just a short wait time. Everyone was extremely courteous. This is why I only take my vehicle to Sutherland Chevrolet.

After 2 abizmul attempts to purchase a vehicle in Nicholasville, we stopped in at Sutherland. Our visit was flawless. I now own my 2nd Chevy. A 1973 Nova was my first. Kevin outmatched any previous sales experiences at previous dealerships we visited.

Chris did an excellent job in dealing with the problem. The reality is that I had my car there to replace low beam bulbs, two tire sensors and an oil change. When I left there after that first service call, my check engine light was on and it appeared to be something that was causing transmission issue. I brought it back in and apparently was an error on the part of someone that had worked on the car that didn't but something back on after the oil change,. In any case, Chris made sure it got corrected and didn't charge me. So, major kudo's to Chris, though I was disappointed ii had to come back for the apparent oversight.

Chris serviced my vehicle and put a new set of tires on my truck. As always, so prompt and helpful.

Needed a new battery. Chris Schlosser was able to work my vehicle in two days later. Had to wait less than an hour to have battery replaced and back on the road. Always receive excellent service at Sutherland Chevrolet.
